Tractor PTO Generators are one of the most popular purchased PTO generators.  Tractor PTO (power take off) generators are an extension of the tractor drive train allowing the tractor engine/power take off shaft to provide electrical power to plows, mowers, maze sheller, spreaders, chippers and other agricultural applications.  The PTO generator works by  attaching it to an engine or motor that is equipped with an output shaft. Today, most tractors are automatically designed with a PTO generator split shaft which is a switch located  on the clutch gear box.  This switch allows you to turn attached equipment (such as a plow) on or off from inside the tractor cab.  Another benefit is that tractor PTO generators allow you to operate more than one piece of farm equipment whether in the field or stationary.
